BUILDING A SPIRITUAL LEGACY: Have you given much thought to your epitaph? Building a spiritual legacy takes time, commitment, integrity and a commitment to standards. Here’s a few ideas to start compiling your legacy building blocks (These are general guidelines they have many variables and are not in concrete):

1. Write out your life standards (guidelines for personal protection against situations that could lead to your fall). Ex. (married people) When it comes to the opposite sex, where do you draw the line? Your life standard may be: I don’t go out to eat alone with the opposite sex, I don’t ride in a car alone with the opposite etc. Got the idea?  If you have already established these standards, when situations arise, you’ve already predetermined your decision.

2. Publicize the written material the Lord burns in your heart. Don’t let the Rhema (God’s personal revelation to you) Word God has given you die with you.  File all your spiritual growth thoughts. Your family may not release it when you are gone and it may die on an old computer somewhere.

3.  Value your friendships and expand them as much as possible. Seek to be a positive and godly influence with as many people as you can during your Christian journey.
